Hello, I’m Kristen Bennett.

I’m an interior designer and strategist who believes that great design lives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. Design, for me, is both a profession and a way of seeing the world—solving problems through the lens of the user, driven by curiosity, and grounded in the connection between people and place.

With over 18 years in the interiors industry, I’ve held roles spanning customer-focused consulting, global workplace strategy and development, healthcare environments, higher education, and branded spatial experiences. My work centers on translating user insights and business goals into human-centered environments that strengthen brand connection and elevate the overall experience of a space.

As a strategist, I excel at gathering and synthesizing data to uncover meaningful opportunities for change. As a designer, my superpower is transforming those insights into ideas, actions, and immersive, future-focused environments that support evolving organizational and customer needs.

I believe the most impactful spaces emerge where the art and the science meet—where strategy is a creative act, and where experiences are thoughtfully designed, scalable, and rooted in the needs of the people they serve.
