Hello, I’m Kristen Bennett.

As an interior designer I’ve based my career on the belief that Design is creativity with strategy. For me, design isn’t just a profession, it’s a way of seeing the world: solving problems through the lens of the user, endlessly curious about the creative process, and deeply driven by the connection between people and place.

With over 16 years in the interiors industry, I’ve held roles spanning workplace strategy and development, healthcare design, branded environments, and service-based design. My career has centered on creating dynamic spaces and experiences that deliver value and delight for both people and organizations across industries including healthcare, higher education, automotive, and commercial business.

As a strategist, I excel at translating data into insight-driven pathways and solutions. As a designer, my superpower is turning those insights into ideas, actions, and meaningful, future-focused experiences. I believe strategy is a creative act — blending the art and the science and the head and the heart.
